Community Council Health Systems provides comprehensive mental health and anger management services. Professional staff provides a large array of these services at the main facility on a five-acre campus at 4900 Wyalusing Avenue. Staff also provide specialized programming in Philadelphia public schools and two residential sites. Founded in 1967, Community Council provides these services primarily in West Philadelphia, but serves the entire Philadelphia region. Services are provided without regard to race, color, religious creed, handicap, ancestry, national origin, age, sex or the ability to pay. Medical Assistance, Community Behavioral Health (CBH) coverage, and many other insurance plans are accepted. All information received is confidential.
