WES Health Centers provides Behavioral Health, Intellectual Disabilities, Substance Abuse, and Primary Care services. Behavioral Health Adult Services include the following major programs: Adult Outpatient, Crisis Intervention, Targeted Case Management, and Community Integrated Recovery Centers. Behavioral Health Children Services include the following major programs: Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (Wrap Around), Child and Family, Family Based, and School Therapeutic Services. Intellectual Disabilities Adult Services include the following major programs: Supports Coordination, Vocational Habilitation, and WESWorks (Community Integrated Employment). Intellectual Disabilities Children Services include an Early Intervention Program. WES also provides Substance Abuse Services to the adolescent population through its Passages program. Primary Care Services include preventive health care, routine health examinations, screenings, immunizations, treatments for minor illnesses, and management of chronic illnesses, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, and asthma.
