Project Transition’s community-based programs provide daily therapeutic treatment and psychiatric rehabilitation services to support the recovery and mental health of their members. Commonly referred to as our “Traditional Program,” members reside in an apartment complex that is coupled with a recovery center on the housing’s premises or a location nearby. Staff members are on-site at the recovery center daily, from 7am-9pm and all members have access to a 24/7 skills coaching/crisis response system. They utilize evidence-based treatment, including DBT, as a core part of their programming.
