Safe Meadow Health Center is an outpatient mental health program that has served the South West Philadelphia community since 2005. Safe
Meadow Health Center is a fully licensed facility, contracted by OMSAS and CBH.
The Mission of the Safe Meadow Health Center is to promote the total wellness of the community we serve through the provision of high quality
health and social services in a manner that encompasses hope, respect, trust,competence, and understanding. We strive to make choice and heightened spirituality important cornerstones of the services that we provide to our culturally diverse population.
Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9 a.m. - 7 p.m., Tuesday, THursday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
