I'm FREE provides gender-responsive and trauma-informed services including educational access for employment, work-readiness training, therapeutic counseling as well as life and parenting skills for women reentering society and reconnecting with their families. Programs and Services 1) Transform Her, One Woman at a time Reintegration Support 6 week pre-release reentry training in Riverside Correctional Facility (RCF - Tues 1:30-3:30)the cognitive behavioral transformation classes address antisocial behavior through 6 main topics: Attitude Crime, Corrections and Criminal Behavior Fear Self-assessment/Self-esteem Conflict Resolution /Anger Management Support Systems Participants engage in self-appraisal by acknowledging and correcting irrational and criminal thinking patterns; solves problems effectively, maintains self-control and displays pro-social values. Participants are introduced to goal setting and the importance of a positive support network during and after incarceration. i. Wrap around Service ii. Resource Identification iii.
