The Phoenix HD3 is a heavy-duty three-wheel scooter designed for use by individuals with lower extremity, mobility, neurological disabilities, spinal cord injury, or arthritis. The unit includes a headlight and a large front carry basket. FRAME: The scooter can be disassembled into 4 pieces for transport. It has rear anti-tip wheels and a plastic basket and headlight on the front of the tiller. Two sets of interchangeable color accent panels, in red and blue, are included. CONTROLS: Electronic controller mounted on an adjustable angle tiller with auto-straightening feature and "finger-pull" throttle. RWD: Rear-wheel drive with a release knob to allow the scooter to be pushed manually. SEAT: Height adjustable seat; the seat back folds completely flat. ARMRESTS: Flip back, padded armrests with adjustable width. WHEELS: The front wheel and two rear drive wheels have solid, non-marking, flat-free tires. POWER: Uses one battery pack (included) which can be charged separately from the scooter. SPEED: 4 miles per hour with a travel range of 15 miles per battery charge. CAPACITY: 350 pounds.
