WOAR provides: Individual counseling and support groups for victims of sexual assault and their families, 24 hour Hotline -- (215) 985-3333, Hospital accompaniment, Court accompaniment, Educational programs about sexual assault and its prevention for the professional community and the general public, Latino and Asian outreach programs. Provides counseling and support to victims of sexual assault receiving treatment in the emergency room of Episcopal and Jefferson hospitals.
