My experience with the clerk at the Dixon House this morning was unprofessional and rude. Maybe a job development and customer service skills training, could be Helpful to Her. Because a little consideration, empathy and patience would have went a long way this morning and this afternoon. Yes I called back and received the same treatment. It felt like asking questions was bothering this person.
