Women Against Abuse: Domestic Violence Legal Center

The Women Against Abuse Legal Center offers free legal advocacy and representation for domestic violence survivors of all gender identities. Seasoned attorneys and court advocates provide support for survivors seeking Protection From Abuse and Sexual Violence and Intimidation orders, as well as Child Custody, and Child and Spousal Support. The Legal Center also provides Legal Options Counseling, Safety Planning, and Court Accompaniment, as well as linkages to community partners for other legal needs related to housing, immigration and divorce.
