Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) - Hospice of Philadelphia

The Hospice program is designed to make patients with a serious, progressive illness live at home as fully and comfortably in their own homes wherever that may be. The team includes nurses, social workers or other specialists who will help provide emotional support throughout the course of treatment so people can die peacefully without feeling alone-even if its an institution like nursing homes and personal care facilities!
